As a Regional Director at Witherslack Group you will focus on quality inspire and support your school teams to ensure the best outcomes for our children and young people. We are focused on providing the highest possible standards and developing encouraging environments where our children and young people can thrive. This is a key role with a clear focus on quality and providing strong leadership to our Head Teachers. By building strong relationships with colleagues across our organisation youll ensure an integrated approach between care education and therapeutic teams making sure everyone is working towards the same goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people. You will also work alongside other key stakeholders such as Local Authorities Social Workers parents/carers.
You will assist Head teachers to oversee daytoday operations ensure adherence to Independent School Standards and regulatory requirements as well as:
Assist Head Teachers to develop and implement strategic goals to ensure the growth and success of each school
Ensure your schools deliver highquality education and care for children with special educational needs
Monitor academic performance pupil behaviour and welfare safeguarding and staff wellbeing
Lead quality assurance processes including school inspections and compliance checks
Provide regular reports to senior management on school performance risks and achievements
Oversee the delivery of quality management systems school improvement plans sharing of best practice.

Experience of multisite management
Well versed in the Ofsted inspection framework and Independent Schools Standards (ISS)
Knowledge of SEN education and the SEN code of practice
