Home House Collection is seeking a dynamic individual to leadour Membership teams as Group Head of Membership.

Your purpose
As the Group Head of Membership at Home House Collectionyou will develop the sales strategy and manage the membership team to ensurethat the company meets or exceeds budgeted membership growth targets in revenueand membership. You will also be responsible for acquiring and retainingmembers ensuring that both the communities in both clubs have the right mix ofmembers and that the sales strategy is aligned with the brand strategy.
This role requires a proactive driven and peopleorientedleader who is collaborative.
Reporting to our Group Marketing Director yourresponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategy
Work with the broader team to develop the annual sales &marketing plans for both clubs.
Develop and own relationships with strategic B2B memberacquisition partners such as Amex Ten and corporate clients across bothclubs to look for new business opportunities and leverage relationships toincrease revenue.
Negotiate our contracts and agreements with B2B memberacquisition partners and ensure that partners deliver against their contractualagreements.
Devise strategies to ensure high retention rates amongmembers collecting and responding to their feedback to improve satisfaction.
Drive an elevated approach to membership acquisitionensuring it aligns with the brand strategy and company objectives.
Responsible for the B2B marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the event sales guest room and marketingteams to maximise revenue and crossselling opportunities throughout bothclubs.
Community Growth & Management
Represent Home House Collection at events and buildrelationships with KOLs connectors and tastemakers.
Be visible and approachable in the clubs.
Curate our membership ensuring new members meet the propercriteria and contribute to the environment we aim to create with the clubs.
Work with the leadership team to handle conduct issues withprofessionalism. Ensuring that concerns are documented and resolved in a timelymanner.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Provide insights on retention metrics including churnrates renewal rates and member satisfaction to identify trends and potentialchurn risks. Use these insights to develop strategies to address these risks.
Make full use of our CRM system to provide dashboardsshowing departmental progress concerning the companys budgeted targets.
Review and report weekly progress on sales pipeline leadsources tours and applications. Closely monitoring conversions and identifyingnew opportunities.
Ensure GDPR compliance in our collection and use of data inthe sales function.
Remain within annual departmental budgets and monitor thefinancial performance of the department including costs every month.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead and develop your direct reports providing guidancesupport and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of departmentalobjectives.
Create a culture of professionalism and excellence in yourteam.
Provide training and support to individual team members asneeded.
Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding employeerelations issues to ensure compliance with company policies and employmentlegislation.
Ensure the department adheres to all processes includingfinancial and payment terms.
About you
Proactive and resultsdriven with experience in membershipsubscription or hospitality sales.
Datadriven approach with the ability to interpret resultsanalyse campaign performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with theability to positively interact with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders atall levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects prioritisetasks and meet deadlines.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills.
Experience using CRM and sales insight tools like PeopleVine and Membrain.
A strong leader with a track record of people and budgetmanagement.
A passion for hospitality and community building.
