Job Description
We are assembling a strong Quant Technology team to build our next generation inhouse analytics and portfolio manager support tools. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cuttingedge cloud native pricing risk and PnL platform.
Responsibilities:
Partner with development teams to understand the requirements and design test plans
Design develop maintain and execute automated tests to validate functionality
Analyze results and identify document and manage defects
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the testing framework
Ensure that our cloudnative platform meets the highest quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field in STEM
4 years of proven experience in test automation (Java or Python)
Experience with continuous testing and continuous delivery
Excellent communication documentation and analytical skills; attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
API (gRPC REST) performance and load testing
Test automation frameworks: Cypress Playwright
JavaScript knowledge
Experience working with applications running on AWS or other cloud platforms
Financial domain knowledge
