Education Requirements:
Fouryear degree required with concentration in business administration supply chain management or related field. Relevant work experience can replace education requirement.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage and process all used equipment team purchase orders.
Retrieve and update pictures and machine inspection reports to ensure accurate website sales listings as well as provide them to sales reps when working on deals.
Collect cleanse and report data to Caterpillar for all key Used Sales and Rental Excellence metrics.
Manage and maintain DBS records for used equipment purchasing receiving and customer inventory accounts while ensuring accurate machine reservation management and status updates.
Work closely with yard attendants to ensure seamless and efficient operations as well as a positive customer experience.
Maintain Rental Purchase Option (RPO) records to ensure accurate billing and conversion.
Additional duties include providing support to the Used Equipment and Heavy Rentals Specialists by answering phone calls assisting walkin customers submitting sales deals in Salesforce and handling invoicing.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Salesforce and DBS experience is preferred.
Previous experience with heavy equipment operation valuation or sales is not required but is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass background check physical exam and drug screening test.
Work Environment:
The environment is collaborative and you will work closely with crossfunctional teams such as operations sales parts and service. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you may need to address emerging issues and balance multiple priorities. The workplace fosters a customerfocused culture where excellence in customer service quality both internally and externally is a primary objective.
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but occasional travel to customer sites sales locations equipment yards or other relevant areas may occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
