Responsibilities:
Description of the role:
The Sales Lot Attendant/Carwash at Findlay Subaru Prescott will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles on the lot and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role will also involve providing support to the sales team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and vacuum vehicles on the lot
- Ensure all vehicles are properly presented
- Support the sales team with moving vehicles and customer requests
- Assist with dealership events and promotions as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail

- Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot
- Maintaining an orderly parking area sales lot and vehicle display car preparation shop and showroom appearance
- Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority managing delivery board & gas slips
- Assist with lot showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
- Assist with new car check ins & inspections/dealer trade ins
- Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
- Catalogs and stores keys.
- Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
Qualifications:
- Able to operate both automaticand manual transmissions.
- Enthusiastic
- Friendly
- Minimum of 18 years old with a current valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- This position requires the ability tobend kneel walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
