Job Description
- Experienced PLC Engineer Minimum Fiveyears experience desirable with practical experience of working in Installation commissioning troubleshooting optimization and validation of aseptic filling and packaging equipment for Food / Beverage plants
- Skilled in Siemens S7 programmable logic controllers HMI configuration process validation Logic Simulation
- Experience in other PLC like Rockwell Automation is desirable.
- Good Knowledge of differentprocess sensors/ Instruments / Measurements / servo drives ofaseptic filling and packaging equipment.and interface with PLC
- Good knowledge of PLC Interface with other systems e.g. OPC UA / Modbus etc..
- Experience of working in Power / Water projects PLCDCSSCADA is desirable.
- Good understanding of P&ID drawings and Process Graphics creation modification
- Good knowledge of using testinstruments for start up commissioning
- FAT SAT of PLC based control system Loop checking Documentation of software/hardware
- Ability to lead a team of technicians for wiring / instrument troubleshooting
- Good Team player and experience of working/ coordinationwith cross functional engineers
- Driven by strong professional and personal values.
