Job Overview
Housiey is seeking a dynamic Corporate Anchor to join its team in Bengaluru. This fulltime juniorlevel position requires someone who is enthusiastic and camerafriendly with no more than 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence through effective communication and public engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with leads (Mandatory skill).
- Comfortable being camerafriendly and effective in front of video equipment (Mandatory skill).
- Experience and knowledge in anchoring with a focus on real estate and property sectors.
- Ability to work as a female anchor ensuring a professional presence and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in understanding the real estate market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach towards engaging activities and corporate representations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage actively with audiences and potential clients during corporate events and presentations.
- Effectively communicate the details and features of various real estate projects.
- Support and enhance brand visibility and reputation through public interactions and media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to strategize and execute client acquisition plans.
- Maintain a dynamic and influential presence during interactive sessions exhibitions and promotional events.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team based on audience interactions and client queries.
- Ensure preparedness and material organization for efficient and impactful anchoring sessions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its target audiences to foster trust and engagement.
