Job Description
Please findbelow immediate requirements which needs to prioritized not more than 20 daysof notice.
C SC DM and M Chennai & Bangalore.
PFB JDfor FAB remediation testing.
Knowledgeof the financial services industry and its regulations/laws. Familiarity withthe financial and banking industry regulatory and risk management requirements.
Good understanding of ITIL ISO 27K ISO 31000and PCI DSS(atleast anyone is preferred. Familiar with not limited to regulatorycompliance and guidelines/benchmarks CBUAE OCC RBI SAMA HKMA and CISbenchmarksnot musthave but not preferred.
Deepunderstanding and experience working within the Three Lines of the Defencemodel
Analyzeall open issues and develop a remediation plan using below two dimensions:
o Remediationplans by the process to address process deficiencies impacting multiple orsingle issues
o Remediationplans by application services to improve the overall risk posture of allservices in the scope of current open risks. The scope will be the Very HighHigh and Medium High risks identified for IT.
Coordinateand collaborate with control/application owners or a nominated SPOC to obtainremediation action plans and target dates along with traceable milestones.
Collectand evaluate remediation evidence from control/ application owners or anominated SPOC and work with appropriate stakeholders to complete review andobtain confirmation on closure/remediation
Createand circulate regular reports to update and appraise all stakeholders oncurrent progress foreseen risks and existing issues to ensure timely aversionand remediation of risks and issues to the project delivery
Developa consolidated view of all open issues impacting a service irrespective ofcurrent identified risk ratings in RCSA to identify improvement opportunities
Regularlytrack and update the progress status for all remediation efforts progressagainst agreed timelines and share weekly progress reports.
Createand maintain a single repository using the agreed technical platform agreed andensure an uptodate status is available to all stakeholders at all times
JIRA/ticketingtools knowledge to upload open observations through variousassessments/initiatives and track till closure.
