This position involves managing the schedules communications and various tasks to support senior executives. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the executives calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls emails and other communications to the appropriate individual.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations for meetings and other events.
- Coordinate and organize events conferences and meetings both internally and externally.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and security of documents and information.
- Provide administrative support including filing copying and other clerical tasks.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
