Job Description
Retail Associate Position at Leading Apparel Brand in Dehradun
Our client a multinational conglomerate based in the UAE with its headquarters in Dubai is in search of male candidates to fill the role of Retail Associate at their Dehradun location. The conglomerate is engaged in retailing various products including apparel footwear consumer electronics cosmetics & beauty products home improvement and baby products with a particular focus on hospitality & leisure healthcare and mall management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Adherence to grooming standards
- Warmly welcome and greet customers
- Utilize standard phrases when engaging with customers
- Introduce oneself and offer a shopping bag to each customer
- Assist customers in finding the right products within the store
- Provide necessary assistance to customers
- Communicate information about product range/style new product innovations and store promotions/offers to customers
- Share customer/merchandise feedback with DMs
Target Achievement
- Meet designated sales targets
- Utilize selling techniques to increase basket size
- Adhere to retail standards
- Responsible for displaying received stocks
- Properly fold garments and stack them
- Organize sizes and use hangers correctly
- Ensure all merchandise has barcodes
- Maintain a cartonfree floor
- Adhere to planogram
- Maintain displays props and signage as per the VM guidelines
- Contribute to shrinkage control through merchandise recovery from trial rooms and cash counters
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass
- Age between 1825 years
- 6 days working (week off between Monday to Thursday)
- Open to male candidates

Salary 15000 NTH PF & ESIC
