We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT
Admin Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for providing
technical support and overseeing various operational tasks to ensure smooth
functioning of our organizations IT infrastructure and daytoday operations. You will
be the goto person for ITrelated issues and will play a key role in maintaining the
efficiency and productivity of our systems.
Working Hours: US Shift 7 PM to 4 AM)
5 Day Onsite role

Responsibilities:
1. Helpdesk/Technical Support:
- Provide firstlevel support for Windows OS MAC Google Workspace. Office 365 antivirus software and endpoint tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues resolve technical problems and provide guidance to endusers.
- Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of desktopslaptops and other IT peripherals.
2. Networking Support:
- Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers switches and other networking equipment.
- Assist in setting up LAN/WAN connections ensuring proper connectivity and resolving networkrelated issues.
- Collaborate with network service providers to maintain a reliable and secure network infrastructure.
3. Systems Monitoring and Auditing:
- Implement and manage systems for employee time tracking attendance and background checks.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new systems and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate software migrations data migrations and provide support during the transition process.
4. Operations Management:
- Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software.
- Manage office landline services including responding to inquiries troubleshooting issues and coordinating with service providers.
- Handle physical mail and courier services ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS MAC Google Workspace Office 365 and antivirus software.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts routers switches and LAN/WANsetup.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle technical issues independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with endusers and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
