Whats the role

We are looking for an Account Executive Mid Market (Growth Specialist) India to join our highly successful Sales Team. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business and increase the customers usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer running the sales process end to end with them.

What are your responsibilities as an Account Executive

  • Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Find new prospects from both inbound and selfsourced leads
  • Run qualification calls with Clevel executives and department leaders
  • Run online and occasionally in person product demonstrations
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders as well as directly to C level
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpots marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

Who are you

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the Indias Mid Market business space with a focus in the SaaS technology industry
  • Experience in a complex selling environment
  • Good knowledge in the India region
  • Have presented and pitched to Clevel executives on a business change
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
  • Goalorientated with track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (E.g. Sandler)
  • You will also have a proven ability to drive results be resilient during challenging sales situations have a customerfirst mentality and a strong growth mindset.

  • An understanding of how businesses grow and confidence in advising Clevel executives on growth strategies
  • Genuine curiosity about business and technology
  • A growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for selfdevelopment
  • High performance in areas outside of professional work (E.g hobbies side business sport creative)
  • Having taken on additional responsibility in a team environment (E.g coaching mentoring team projects)
