As the Human Resources Director your ultimate goal is to create a positive experience for all guests through finding top talent coaching and accountability of Team Members under your supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organization motivation and implementation of a plan to meet staffing needs determined by the Owner/Operator
- Partner with the Leadership Team to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving customer experience goals
- Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members
- Coach motivate and set/ reinforce expectations for Team Members
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Ensure Team Members are empowered to execute Second Mile Service
- Provide support within the restaurant to meet operational business needs
- Model servant leadership and cultivate the unique ChickfilA culture day in and day out.
