Job Description
What youll be doing:
- Work with accounts payable team and media related invoicing
- Assist with processing of the invoices inbox to appropriate team members
- Assist with vendor reporting metrics for the accounting team
- Develop general accounting skills
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
What you bring:
- Candidates should have prior work or life experience in Accounting or Business a relevant field be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelors program or a recent graduate
- A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
- Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel Google Docs and Keynote
- You work well as a team player in a flexible dynamic and fastpaced environment
- You must be extremely organized and detailoriented
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
