Idaho Power located in vibrant Boise Idaho is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Regulatory Affairs team. Its an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. What does a Pricing Analyst do for us
A Pricing Analyst provides support for Idaho Power Companys (IPC) various regulatory activities including economic analyses regulatory ratemaking and compliance filings pricing of regulated services and conducting regulatory research. The successful candidate will work with direction within a team environment to prepare and present analyses and conduct studies that support the goals and objectives of the Pricing team which will include developing pricing recommendations related to the Companys service offerings and supporting other projects as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is a sedentary job requiring working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment fine motor skills including typing on the computer dialing phones filing paper and working in close proximity to other people. There may be occasional lifts of no more than 10 lbs. The above is a summary of the primary essential functions of the position. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Primary focus of regulatory activities is internal determination of regulatory policy and strategy. With the level of experience expected at this level the analyst provides input on policy analyses and strategies. Also at this level the analyst participates in regulatory and customer interactions. Analysts at this level are developing their presentation skills first within internal groups and committees and later with officers and external groups.
