How you will make an impact:
The AI Innovation Lead will work with leadership to help mentor and drive our organizations strategic initiatives in Artificial Intelligence. This role involves performing the evaluation development and deployment of AI solutions across various departments to enhance operational efficiency decisionmaking and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies a strategic mindset and technology skills to guide our AI technology transformation.
- Assist leadership to develop and execute an AI strategy and roadmap that aligns with the companys business goals.
- Implement AI projects ensuring they meet business objectives timelines and budgets to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to AIenable their processes.
- Participate in a team of data and software engineers to create AI features in applications.
- Establish KPIs for AI initiatives and measure the return on investment (ROI) of AI implementations.
The skills and experience youll need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI or related field.
- 5 years experience working with AI machine learning or related technologies.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks algorithms and data science methodologies.
- Experience with cloudbased AI/ML platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) Computer Vision or Generative AI.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scaledepending on an applicants experience.
