Qualifications
Join our West Siloam Springs Smoke Shop as a Retail Cashier and play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our guests. Youll be responsible for managing inventory processing transactions and maintaining a clean and organized store. This position requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance.
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of retail experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand walk lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures moisture smoke and chemicals.
