About the job

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and regularly update the strategic plan and underlying policies for the packaging category and its suppliers.

• Lead coach and develop a designated team (functional or lateral).

• Create and manage the spend forecast/budget.

• Identify and manage sourcing risks reporting them to relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and drive compliance to all sustainability and regulations requirements

• Identify savings potentials supported by data analytics ensuring the achievement of service targets related to quality cost and time.

• Establish and manage relationships with significant strategic suppliers in the packaging industry.

• Engage manage and support internal business stakeholders (budget owners) by building relationships and sharing category knowledge. Ensure that defined goals and business expectations are met.

• Negotiate conclude and maintain global contracts in line with the Source to Contract Policy.

• Report and maintain savings in collaboration with Finance.

• Collaborate with GBS Hub and Spokes local manufacturing and procurement organizations.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

• University degree in a relevant field

• Min. 7 years of professional experience

• Excellent procurement expertise (market guidelines risk procurement methods)

• Excellent analytical skills and top target pricing management

• Supplier management

• Advanced SAP/ARIBA Knowledge (understanding End to End process flow) excellent MS Office

• Communication presentation skills conflict management & influencing skills;

• Leadership experience (lateral or direct)
