As a regional HR Business Partner you will support Poland Czechia Slovakia and Hungary.

What youll be doing:

  • Ensure a collaborative working relationship with Trade Union representatives and cultivate an atmosphere that is grounded in respect ensuring GBT can move forward with its plans whilst respecting local legislation
  • Maintain good employee relations by providing advice support and guidance on broadranging employee matters and guidance around administration and interpretation of policies and employment issues
  • Support & advise leaders colleagues and the extended HR team in matters of labor social and works constitution law proving to be proactive and solutionoriented
  • Support and adviseleaders and HR colleagueson the implementation of organizational changes
  • Support the implementation of global policies & procedures and monitor their in the region together withappropriatechange management and communication
  • Participate in organizationwide HR projects and the optimization standardization and digitalization of human resources processes & tools and act as a change ambassador
  • Actively support and coach leaders on topics related to performance management compensation planning talent management
  • Actively contribute towards shaping and developing the engagement and performance culture across the organization; promote the organisational culture/behaviours/values and translate them into practice; provide support for action plans resulting from employee engagement surveys

What we need from you:

  • Completed business or legal studies preferably with a focus on human resources/labor law or several years of experience as an HR generalist
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a global matrix organization (preferably in the services industry)
  • Very good (practical) knowledge of Polish labor and social security law
  • Experience in working with Trade Unions in Poland
  • A proven track record in project management in HR
  • Change management competencies and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication negotiating and consulting skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skills
  • Experience in using MS Office and remote work tools
  • Very good written and spoken Polish and English; additional languages (e.g. German) an advantage
