Cprime US has adopted a remotefirst/fullremote work environment from most USbased locations. Occasionally our teams have the option to meet inperson for team meetings collaboration or social events.
The Cprime Atlassian Delivery Solutions Architect provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Solution Architect is a focused delivery resource to implement high quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the customer to align on solution planning and delivery.
What you will do:
- Install configure maintain administer and enhance Jira Work Management Jira Software Confluence Jira Service Management and key 3rd party addons
- Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and Confluence
- Work with customers to enable custom workflows fields screens dashboards and reports
- Create and manage complex components including project workflows screen schemes permission schemes and notification schemes
- Advise on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges
- Experience installing and configuring addons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
- Provide userbased training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage administration and operational user and maintenance of the system
- Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of the implemented solution
Qualifications and Skills:
- 35 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Work Management Jira Software Confluence and key 3rd party addons
- Handson experience with Jira Align including configuration administration and integration within enterprise environments
- Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective timemanagement and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Atlassian certifications are highly desirable
- SAFe ITIL and/or Agile certifications highly desirable
What will give you a step up:
- Experience in consulting and solution based professional services
Travel Requirement:
- Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately up to 50 of the time when deemed safe to do so to meet client needs.
