Job Description
Position Summary:
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman Winders to join their operations in the North West!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and monitor equipment availability to meet production targets.
- Support the implementation of the mines environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies procedures and legislative requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled legal inspections on machinery.
- Minimize downtime evaluate risks and conduct Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A Valid Electrician Trade Certificate
- A minimum of 10 years experience as an Artisan including 5 years as an Electrical Foreman overseeing vertical winding systems refrigeration conveyor belts and pumping systems.
- Valid Drivers License
Benefits:
- Salary: R15m R18m
