ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fundraiser MidLevel plays a key role in Cuso Internationals donor pipeline by engaging and stewarding a portfolio of approximately 600 donors. This onetomany role involves high levels of personalized correspondence innovative engagement strategies and tailored donor journeys to strengthen relationships and increase donor commitment. By deepening engagement the Fundraiser will work to upgrade midlevel donors into major gift prospects ensuring a strong pipeline for future philanthropic growth.
This role will require creativity strong digital and written communication skills and a strategic mindset to develop scalable stewardship and cultivation tactics. While donor visits will be less frequent the Fundraiser will leverage digital platforms personalized campaigns and unique touchpoints to strengthen donor relationships.
