Job Description
- POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing and coordinating functions and activities within the inpatient outpatient and emergency trauma center registration departments. Works collaboratively with other hospital and clinical departments overseeing and developing processes to meet financial clinical quality and other goals for the department.

- Some postsecondary education preferred.

- Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a management position OR inhouse training required
- Computer experience required
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Experience with computer appointment software preferred
- Proven experience in a management position OR inhouse training required
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Knowledge of management principles
- Strong coaching and leadership skills ability to motivate others
- Exceptional interpersonal customer service problemsolving verbal and written communication and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Compliance with all Privacy and Confidentiality Standards per Trinitys policies
