What to Expect
Sales Analytics Associate supports manager of Sales Analytics in process innovation by implementing process change and creation. Analyze existing business model work processes technology utilization and policies & procedures used by all sales organization OEM and vendors to ensure that business activities and processes are efficient resultsoriented and compliant with industry legal and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include supporting monthly incentive administration along with analytics driven reporting and initiatives to ensure Sales meet its targets.
What You Will Do
1. Support development of sales initiatives planning and implementation.
2. Utilize internal and external systems to extract data for the purposes of reporting and analysis.
3. Support maintenance of sales tools to increase sales effectiveness to achieve targets.
4. Generation and distribution of sales performance reports.
5. Design testing & implementation of enhancements to production assets.
6. Development of improved analytics assets using modern BI software.
7. Project management of updates to regular reports & production tools.
8. Support adhoc requests from field team.
9. Maintain and update Sales related Policy and Procedure documents.
What You Will Bring
3 years relevant experience required
2 years process improvement / project management experience preferred
1 years related auto finance / captive finance industry experience (Credit Funding Finance F&I products etc. preferred
Experience with business process design/improvement including gathering requirements documenting workflows and developing specifications
Experience with working with IT teams to develop business requirements to provide business guidance to track status and to participate in the testing of the solution
Experience in facilitating engagement and organizational change issues
Strong financial background
Business Process Management (BPM) experience preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Knowledge of performance improvement principles tools and techniques
Knowledge of how process design and improvement connects to systems design
Solid quantitative modeling and analytical skills
Strategic planning and critical thinking skills for solution identification
Strong organizational/planning skills
Resourceful and innovative problemsolving skills focus on how to get tasks completed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client service driven with excellent relationship management skills
Ability to effectively engage with and present to the team and business partners
Ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse groups both internal (within Hyundai) and external (with vendors)
Team oriented but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Flexible adaptable and handson approach
Strong PC: Microsoft Word Power Point Excel Access Visio Project
Experience developing or managing assets within Tableau or similar BI Software preferred
Experience with creating reports (e.g. accounting sales project status etc.
Experience managing the distribution of reports via email distribution groups or similar communication channels
Systems familiarity (JDE ERP; Seibel CRM; Salesforce; Daybreak Data Warehouse Leasing System)
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
