Sales Manager
Do you have the ability to lead coach and develop a sales team to exceed expectations Are you good at accomplishing goals through others
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design manufacture and install a complete line of custom closets pantries home office furniture wallbeds garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our inhome sales. This is a full time inoffice management position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach develop and support an inhome sales team
- Interview and hire new Designers/Sales People
- Lead training and coaching in oneonone and group settings
- Regularly meet and surpass sales goals
Requirements:
- 2 years experience managing sales teams that have met or exceeded sales goals
- 2 years personal sales experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience working directly with consumers
- Commitment to follow Closet by Designs sales model
- Great communication. organization and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
This is a fulltime salaried position with monthly bonus opportunities and benefits.
