The Wine and Spirits Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations managing the sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involved supervising retail associates assisting with inventory management and ensuring 4 diamond standards for merchandising and customer experience are met.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise retail associates providing guidance support and training.
Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently delivered by associates stepping in to handle customer issues when needed.
Assist with inventory management receiving shipments placing orders stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Support merchandising ensuring displays are visually appealing and products are wellstocked and properly priced.
Monitor store conditions ensuring cleanliness safety and compliance with company SOP and alcohol regulations.
Lead by example to maintain a positive productive store environment and foster teamwork among associates.
Assist with scheduling payroll management and adherence to labor and attendance policies.
Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts associate engagement and training programs: including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.
All other reasonable tasks and assignments as requested by the Store Manager and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
12 years of retail experience; preferably in the wine and spirits industry or similar.
Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
