Pay:$14/hr. (English) $15/hr. (Spanish)
Were looking for customerfocused Call Center Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to assist consumers with important inquiries and services. If youre a great communicator and enjoy helping others this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What Youll Do:
Answer incoming calls from the general public enrollees and providers
Provide information & assistance regarding Medicaid Newborn processes Good Cause and Presumptive Eligibility for children
Track & document inquiries in the system to ensure accurate records
Facilitate materials requests via mail email or download
Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed
Assist nonEnglish speakers by coordinating translation services
Maintain confidentiality & compliance with all policies and procedures
Meet Quality Assurance (QA) standards and key performance metrics
Attend trainings & meetings to stay up to date on programs and processes
