Job Summary:
The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems proactively troubleshoots systems works with mechanical process of hydraulic systems or water treatment equipment electrical control conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers. This role is responsible for the escalation and leveraging appropriate company resources to address issues both with personnel and customers.
