The Position
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Property Team. This position is full time ongoing. Hours of work are 9:30am to 6:00pm MondayFriday. Trinity offers 6.2 weeks of Annual Leave plus you will receive one ADO per month. The purpose of this position is to provide operational support to ensure that the Schools grounds buildings plant and equipment are well maintained well presented physically secure and compliant with all appropriate regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with maintenance of buildings furniture equipment.
- Set up and pack down of school events and functions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Ensuring that all maintenance storage and work areas remain clean and in good order.
- Following Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and assisting in identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of relevant school safety regulations and protocols will be highly regarded.
- A current Working with Children Check (employee) is essential.

To thrive in this role you will enjoy providing strong customer service and getting involved in general facilities maintenance activities. Proven maintenance experience and knowledge of relevant school safety regulations and protocols will be highly regarded. Strong problem solving and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety will be critical to success in this role.
