British American Tobacco Trading Romania has an exciting opportunity for aRomania Salesforce CRM Specialistn Bucharest.
The objective of this role is to work directly on CRM in autonomy. The person selected need to own consumer funnel data end to end: knowing the data mapping cross system how the data is collected and stored how can be extracted.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deploy CRM consumer Journeys
- DEM deployment and sending
- KPI monitoring
- CRM reporting
- Support CRM manager in defining funnel strategy
- Brief agency for system enhancement and communication deployment
- Own CRM editorial plan
What are we looking for
Experience Required:
- The profile will act as executive SME on CRM.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as CRM executive in structured multinational company and/or consultant.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required:
- SQL AMPscript skills.
- Salesforce sales cloud consultant and Marketing Cloud email specialist certifications preferred.
- Very high analytical skills.
- Able to turn complex data in insight and foresight.
- Strong English language skills.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required:
- Completed university studies and couple professional experiences in the field of digital in a CRM driven technical position.
Beneficial:
- Second European language is advantageous.
