In this vital role you will function in a project leadership role or as a lead scientific/technological resource (Subject Matter Expert in Bioprocess Engineering Process Engineering Manufacturing Support and Technology Transfer). Supports new facility design build and commissioning.
Decisions regularly impact entire project team and may impact the ability to achieve some functional/departmental objectives. Work influences and impacts the direction of one or more project(s) & program(s).
Provides guidance in the resolution of issues related to one or more program(s) or project(s) and may escalate issues for leadership support as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Engineering or Associate Engineer experience OR
Associates degree and 12 years of Engineering or Associate Engineer experience OR
Bachelors degree and 7 years of Engineering or Associate Engineer experience OR
Masters degree and 5 years of Engineering or Associate Engineer experience OR
Doctorate degree and 3 years of Engineering or Associate Engineer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of leading bioprocess engineering process engineering manufacturing support and technology transfer strategies state of the art principles and theories and basic knowledge of related and adjacent disciplinary areas.
Understands broader organizational goals and business priorities in relation to therapeutic program/work group.
