Salary: per annum (Inclusive of 12.5 market supplement)
Hours per week:18.5 hours
Temporary: 6 months

Wiltshire Reablement Empowering Independence
The Reablement service has recently expanded as a result of a new contract and is seeking individuals to support our work for a fixed project that will ensure those being supported within the contract receive the equipment and level of support they need.
Reablement offers Occupational Therapists the unique opportunity to work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence promote their wellbeing and minimise longterm care needs.
As an Occupational Therapist you will conduct strengthsbased assessments work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
The Reablement Service is led by occupational therapists alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers and benefits from support from our Principal Occupational Therapist. The occupational therapy role is highly valued within Wiltshire Council and we provide a unique opportunity to work in a team managed by an occupational therapist in a service that offers a range of opportunities for career progression including regular training coaching and leadership programmes.
Were looking for applicants who hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy along with a minimum of two years postqualification experience. Holding a valid full UK drivers license is essential as youll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings such as hospitals.

The Experienced Occupational Therapist position comes with a 12.5 market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
