Employee Benefits Insurance Account Manager
Established benefits broker seeking an employee benefits account manager. Competitive salary and great benefits.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical dental vision life disability lines of coverage
- Worked with small groups up to 100 members
- Handling RFPs quoting preparing proposals enrollment coverage review renewals managing carrier relationships
- Must be comfortable working with clients group members and/or human resources to answer policy questions manage complex issues recommend applicable coverage as needed and provide general customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must carry an active Life and Health License
