About the Role:

As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner you will report to our General Manager of People and Capability for our Infrastructure Resources sector and Partner with our Executive General Manager of the Rig & Wells Services business unit.

You will provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to deliver high performance outcomes for our business leaders supporting key projects.

This role offers a career enhancing opportunity to raise your professional profile leading and supporting complex strategic projects implementing organisational change programs uplifting leadership capability and significant workforce organisational design transformation.

You will be accountable for delivering a wide scope of generalist functions including employee relations industrial relations performance management workforce planning engagement training and development coaching and career talent management as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Our role offers hybrid working with the option to be based from our Brisbane or Perth office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute people plans that directly enable delivery of business strategic goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders senior leaders and ensure people objectives and outcomes are achieved.
• Support the resolution of complex ER/IR risk and compliance review for upcoming legislative changes.
• Talent and Organisational Design strategy to ensure the organisation has efficient structures in place to deliver.
• Change management leading the design management and implementation of successful change initiatives.
• Workforce planning actively contributing to business initiatives to optimise efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal functions including our employee relations people services advisory and payroll teams to ensure people matters are dealt with in line with company policy.

Key Knowledge and Experience:

• Demonstrated in a similar role as a Senior P&C Business Partner within a complex geographically dispersed business environment.
• Previous experience in the OD space providing solutions and operational challenges.
• Knowledge and application of change and leadership capability uplift.
• Exposure to a heavily bluecollar workforce and demonstrated capability with ER/IR risk and compliance.
• Previous experience working in heavy industry would be preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills both verbal and written.
