PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Our ideal candidate is a motivated teamplayer that understands the flexibility/leadership needed to build a satisfying practice for all involved.
- We have worked together to develop a family medicine with OB model of care. Csection provider strongly needed! Our practice and OB volumes are growing.
- Enjoy the vast resources and support that Essentia Health offers including onsite general surgery and specialty outreach such as orthopedics cardiology urology and more.
- Work with NP/PA partners.
- Enjoy a combined fullspectrum practice including hospital work.
- In 2015 a new stateoftheart twostory addition to the hospital was added. It features a new emergency department nursing unit with private rooms birthing center lab and imaging departments. The existing hospital was remodeled and features expanded rehab space new dining area private pre and postop rooms and a third surgical suite. Designed to enhance patient care safety and privacy the new addition and remodeling project will meet the health needs of the hospital district well into the future
- Market leading pay & relocation offered. Substantial benefit package.
- Patients are admitted to Mercy Hospital a 25bed Critical Access Hospital serving communities in southern Carlton and northern Pine counties.
- Recent delivery rates are approximately 80/yr. Historically this has been as high as 200/year.

- OB Required (Csections required)

COMPENSATION
- $307633. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
