Overview
Job Skills / Requirements
- Perform the Special Projects cleaning tasks in job sites carpet cleaning stripping and waxing ceramic floor scrubbing etc..
- Maintain supplies equipment and vehicles to optimal levels of performance
- Keep all storage areas and service vehicles clean and orderly
- Follow company processes
- Must have at least 5 years of floor care experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented pays attention to details at each customers location with extra attention to any special requests.
- Friendly and Professional able to deal with customers when they are onsite while cleaning is being performed.
- Team player ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.
- Selfstarter able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
- Desire to learn seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities.
- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
- Impeccable servicewilling to do the little extras that provide the WOW factor.
