Quick Lane Service Advisor Duties:
- Greeting customers in a professional manner
- Accurate write up of customer concerns
- Convey expected service costs and obtain customer approval
- Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Performing any additional task assigned by management
Quick Lane Service Advisor Qualifications:
