Job Description
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Ability to design solution for Salesforce and architecture assessment
Ability to manage a team of Developers
Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technologybased solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards
Will be part of team managing Salesforce CRM platform .
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners
Required Qualifications and Experience:
B.E in Information technology
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administratorSalesforce Certified Developer.
Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming etc.
Knowledge of VisualForce Apex Classes/Controllers Apex Triggers development experienceSOQL Statements
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design database design and software development lifecycle
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1 Sales Cloud Service Cloud App Cloud Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions
Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations
Experience in defining enterprise architecture mapping existing systems to it and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
Outstanding teamwork skills
Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
