As a leader in the industry we manage complex field operations coordinating teams subcontractors and equipment to meet project objectives while maintaining schedules and budgets. Our Construction Lead play a vital role in driving success on the ground. They lead field teams resolve challenges in realtime and ensure seamless from planning to completion. With a strong focus on change management communication and operational efficiency we ensure that our projects meet and exceed client expectations.

What Were Looking For
- Excellent oral written and communication skills are required.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Construction Management (an asset) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- 5 years of site management experience.
- Conflict Management
- Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and to neighboring provinces.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
