What Youll Be Doing:
As our Service Videographer youll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by documenting vehicle repairs through video. Youll help customers stay informed and involved in their vehicles service journey. Your role will also include keeping the shop and lot organized assisting the Service Manager with various tasks and occasionally stepping in as a Service Advisor when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Capture precise highquality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
- Clearly and professionally explain the technicians diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
- Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Provide support across the service department as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
- A keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
- Punctuality and reliabilitywe need someone we can count on!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
