Job Description
Requiredknowledge of basic anatomy physiology and basic nursing functions. Requires successful completion of CPI Training as the unit is restraint free. Requires intense attention to ensure a safe environment. Ability to communicate with patients of diverse age population and multitude of cultural/ethnic backgrounds.Preferred Current CPR certification.Required 1 yr experience in an acute care hospital setting or related field.PreferredExperience as an inpatient mental health unit.Required A minimum of a High School education or equivalent.Preferred Completion of an Associates or Bachelors degree program in Behavioral Health or Human Services or degree eligible.
