We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Surat on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and will be responsible for recruitment employee relations and performance management within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates.
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to manage employee relations and create a positive workplace environment.
- Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
- HR Policies: Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Skills in designing and delivering training programs for employee development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Understanding of compensation structures and employee benefits management.
- HR Compliance: Familiar with local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
