Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Sales Executive to join our team at Orion Mall Phoenix Mall (Bangalore Location). As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service promoting products and driving sales within our retail store. You will ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining the stores overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their needs providing personalized assistance.
Actively promote and sell products highlighting their features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the pointofsale (POS) system.
Maintain an indepth knowledge of products promotions and sales techniques.
Assist with store visual merchandising and ensure that displays are attractive and wellstocked.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities to management.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure the store environment is clean organized and welcoming at all times.
Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to the overall success of the mall.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Any Class 10 12 or Graduate Freshers or Experience can apply.
Proven experience in retail sales preferably in a mall or customerfacing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and POS systems is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends holidays and evening shifts as needed.
