Job Description
Profile Operation Manager
Location Chennai
Salary last salary interview depends
Experiences 3 to 5 year
JD for Operation Manager:
- All projects production on time
- Proper BOM and DWG tracking and filing for all projects
- Coordinate with QC and make sure that production is happening as per DWG and BOM
- Make sure that maintenance person is doing both preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Sending Weekly Production Report
- Conduct tools and machinery training monthly
- Prepare and schedule warehouse shift and time schedule for workers to reduce OT
- Sending Container Stuffing plan to customers
- Receiving enquiry from regular customer
- Preparing Costing within time limit
- Sending the quotation to customer within time limit
- Followup for the customer PO & Vendor registration
- Receiving PO from customer
- Sending MRP to store for the projects
- Preparing the invoice and other statutory document
- On time onsite packing and lashing
- Acknowledgment of DC Job sheet Invoice
- HT certificate and report preparation monthly/quarterly
- Do the followup for the customer payments
- After calculations
