Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide management and analytical support for FMS acquisition cases including all phases of the program & project management lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain FMS case data using the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and other FMS security cooperation systems.
- Develop briefing materials and presentations.
- Develop and manage highly detailed and summary level schedules that adhere to project requirements and timelines.
- Apply DOD policies for international programs to all deliverables.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience managing FMS cases including DoD product/service acquisitions.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience preparing and maintaining FMS case data in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and other FMS security cooperation systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading the development of briefing material and white papers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with members across various functional areas such as logistics engineering acquisition and finance in preparation for case/project review.
- Experience successfully managing cost schedule and performance to achieve Work Statement (i.e. SOW/PWS) requirements
- Experience applying DOD policies per the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and Financial Management Regulation (FMR).
- Demonstrated experience with the foreign disclosure review process.
- Bachelors degree.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
