Overview :
As an Executive Assistant at Ancor Research Labs you will serve as a critical partner to our executives and leadership team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations and providing highlevel administrative support. The primary responsibilities and tasks of this role are outlined below.
Responsibilities :
Calendar Management :
Manage the calendar including scheduling and prioritizing meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Ensure the executive is wellprepared for all engagements.

Document Preparation:
Draft edit and proofread documents presentations and reports.
Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and presentations.
Data Management :
Organize and maintain confidential files and records ensuring efficient data retrieval.
Expense Management :
Manage expense reports track receipts and reconcile credit card statements.
Keep accurate records of expenditures.
Task Prioritization:
Assist in managing the executives todo list and task prioritization.
Proactively handle routine tasks and delegate when necessary.
Confidentiality :
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Project Support :
Provide support on special projects research and tasks as assigned by the executive.
Team Support :
Collaborate with other executive assistants and provide support during peak workloads or absences.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Knowledge of company policies and industry practices.
