HR Partners at Westpac Group work closely with Heads of HR and senior business leaders to drive value at different stages of the employee life cycle including transformation culture employee engagement reward inclusion & diversity and organisational change.
Reporting into Head of HRBP Business & Wealth and Technology HR this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to grow your career by delivering a range of critical largescale people and change initiatives.
You will find yourself engaging with leaders at all levels to make a real tangible impact on the businesses you support. The HR Partner is a true business partner role where you will be entrenched in the business and supported by centres of excellence to lead and deliver key HR and people initiatives.

What do I need
We are looking for exceptional candidates who ideally have had experience as a HR Business Partner within large complex environments and have a track record of delivering strong HR and business outcomes.
You will possess excellent problemsolving skills and excellent professional commercial and personal judgement. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to operate in a changing environment. You will use data and insights to achieve tangible outcomes so we are looking for candidates who are able to analyse data to inform decision making.
This role will see you interacting directly with GM and Executive level stakeholders; therefore your stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success.
