What do I need
We are looking for exceptional candidates who ideally have had experience as a HR Business Partner within large complex environments and have a track record of delivering strong HR and business outcomes.
You will possess excellent problemsolving skills and excellent professional commercial and personal judgement. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to operate in a changing environment. You will use data and insights to achieve tangible outcomes so we are looking for candidates who are able to analyse data to inform decision making.
This role will see you interacting directly with GM and Executive level stakeholders; therefore your stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success.
