Job Description
A well established Law Firm has an immediate opening for a highly motivated midlevel associate to join its dynamic and growing Employment Labor Benefits and Immigration practice group to support its California practice in itsPalo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have36 yearsof substantive experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending wage and hour claims including wage and hour class action lawsuits is also desired. The successful candidate will also have meaningful experience in transactional employment work including the drafting of employment and severance agreements draftingEEOCposition statements draftingDFEHresponses and conducting witness interviews and depositions. Having a background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs is also a plus. Experience in traditional management labor relations is also advantageous.

The target annual pay range for this role in Palo Alto is$240000$295000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors including relevant experience skillset current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of our firms total comp package for employees which depending on the position may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firmsponsored benefit programs. Hybrid work environment available.
