Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

A hybrid position across Content and Philanthropy the Director of Institutional Advancement is responsible for: 1 advancing integration in Content and Philanthropy strategy and ; and 2 leading the planning and of all restricted and unrestricted fundraising from foundations corporate philanthropic giving programs and government agencies.

Compensation: $125000 to $140000 annually (depending on qualifications) in addition to company providedbenefits.

Hybrid Work Environment: Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Twin Cities Metro area and report to onsite office three days per week.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Advance Integration across Content & Philanthropy 20 of time)

Lead and manage Institutional Giving Team 20 of time)

Build relationships with foundation corporate and government funders 40 of time)

Engage Executive Staff Content leaders and Board in advancing institutional giving 5 of time)

Lead and manage fundraising from government agencies 15 of time)
