Job Description:
L3Harris Tactical Communications is seeking a Lead Data Manager to support the product line management team. This role will be responsible for the planning implementation configuration analysis and management of databases containing product operational data. This role is crucial in supporting product line managers by creating and maintaining visual dashboards that present data in an easily analyzable format. This role will also lead crossfunctional teams to drive collaboration in resolving the identified root causes as well as presenting/reporting progress against the resolutions of these open items..
The Lead Data Analyst will assist in the analysis of the overall product portfolios which includes scrutinizing revenue activities pricing strategies cost of goods inventory levels production schedules and historical shipment data.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 9years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 13years of prior related experience in Business Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Excel PowerBI Agile Configuration Management and EBS.
- Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and integrated product support.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in database configuration and management.
- Expertise in creating visual dashboards and data visualization tools.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in New York State is $99500 $184500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
